The role of the Business Office is to provide financial support services to our educational program and to safeguard District assets.  We are responsible for all the financial data and reporting for the District.  We develop and monitor the budgeted expenses and revenues, administer payroll and benefits for both employees and retirees, and facilitate the bidding and purchasing of all the goods and services utilized throughout the District.

Our mission is to provide the most efficient and economical financial support service to our students, staff and community. Business Office departments include Payroll, Purchasing, Treasurer, Accounts Payable, and Tax Collection.  Additional departments that report to the Assistant Superintendent for Finance are Transportation, Buildings and Grounds, and Food Services.

2026 Open Enrollment Period Information - for Coverage Starting July 1, 2026

The Open Enrollment period for the 2026-2027 school year runs from April 20, 2026 through May 12, 2026. During this time you may:

  • enroll in a flexible spending account**
  • enroll in a dependent day care account**
  • add, drop or change your health insurance plan
  • add or drop eligible dependents on your health insurance plan
  • add or drop your dental/vision plan
  • add or drop eligible dependents on your dental/vision plan

You must submit a form to the business office if you are planning on doing any of the items listed above. If you are not making any changes to your health or dental/vision plan, you do not need to take any action. Your existing coverage will automatically continue. 

**FSA and dependent day care forms must be submitted each year. They do not automatically carry over into the next year.
Any changes will be effective July 1, 2026. Enrollment forms are included here.

If you are eligible for a health insurance buyout and you are planning to take advantage of this benefit you must fill out and submit a form indicating so by June 1, 2026. In order to receive the buyout you must provide a copy of your health insurance card as proof that you have alternate health insurance coverage. 

Health insurance buyout forms must be processed through SchoolFront.
